The BIO-FOMO® E range of emulsion release agents has been developed for modern concrete production, combining high performance with a safer working environment and a lower environmental impact. Based on vegetable oils, with a biodegradable formula, BIO-FOMO® E helps concrete producers take another step towards fossil-free construction. It is suitable for both precast concrete factories and on-site casting applications.

BIO-FOMO® E series has visual application control: When sprayed, the product appears as a milky white emulsion, making it easy to see that all surfaces have been evenly covered. Within minutes, the white droplets disappear, leaving a even, thin transparent film ready for casting. This helps operators achieve consistent application and excellent concrete surface quality.

BIO-FOMO® E has a very good storage stability, at least 9 months from the date of manufacture.

BIO-FOMO® E provides good adhesion, self-levelling properties, uniform surface colour and helps minimise pores in the finished concrete surface. It also contains components that protect moulds and casting tables from corrosion.

Because the product is water-based, non-flammable, solvent-free and contains no biocides, it contributes to a healthier working environment. The product complies with REACH, is unclassified under CLP and is not classified as dangerous goods.

The BIO-FOMO® E range is available in 20L, 208L and 1000L containers.
